1st round is written test consisting of objective as well descriptive questions one need to answer for 60 marks with 25 questions and 60 minutes.
To brief out, aptitude questions were very few, 2 to 3, with objective type of answers and remaining all questions were from core electronics and vlsi.
nmos and cmos layout design, transistor design, few questions from networks, ...Node voltage calculation etc.

The interview process was smooth, consisting of 2 rounds. It started with an initial phone screening with a recruiter, followed by a technical assessment. The next round involved a meeting with the hiring manager.
The questions focused on technical skills, and the interviewers were professional. The process took approximately 2 weeks, and communication from the company was clear.
Overall, the experience was neutral, and I did not receive an offer.

I applied onsemi online at the beginning of Feb. After around one week, the hr sent me a form to fill. After one week, hr set up a manger interview for me. I am waiting for it...

Technical interview after an initial phone screen. The interview was tough but manageable. The hr rep initially reached out to me and eventually the technical recruiter did. The interview was hard.
