I applied online for the iOS Developer role. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at o2One LAbs (Noida) in 2020. I had an initial phone call with HR in which we discussed the role, salary, etc. After that, I was invited to a telephonic call with a senior Developer. This was a technical discussion and was pretty straightforward. I was given a couple of little coding challenges and basic technical terms- things you didn't need to a whiteboard or write any code for. This lasted about 1 hour or so, and I thought it went well. I was told they'd reach out regarding the next steps. About 1 day went by without any response. After that, there is call from the HR side, And they schedule a Machine round. And provided me the task/Problem. That has to be submitted in 3hours and have to do on the prescribed time with the screen sharing ON. And after that, there is 1 more day for code review and Task review. After that, there is a call from HR for senior management round and then the Salary discussion with HR.
