Unprofessional HR. I was waiting for the reply for a week on a regular basis. First contact was a call, which could be an email or at least a zoom/google meet with which you can have a visual contact and is more tangible than talking through the phone. Only this part took a week to schedule. Then there should be a follow up, which I got email invite only. Of course they forgot about sending an invite. I sent 2 messages to the HR. Total waste of my time. I did not proceed with an interview, since our values are probably misaligned.
