Had a 20 minute call with HR, in the end of the call she said she sent me a technical test that I have to complete within 72 hours. She didn't ask if it's a good time for me to do it (It was the beginning of the week which means I would have to do it during work days). The test was horrible. Very stressful with a huge timer ticking in the top of the page, I don't know what exactly they are looking for with this kind of test. It wasn't very difficult but there was not enough time to think about the questions and how to answer properly, have a second look at everything and feel complete about your answer. The video part was very bad, it kept cutting off in the middle and I was not able to review and take another one.
