Standard Interview Process - Typical (apply / interview (X2) / Offer). Interview was 1.5 hours. Parking was available in the garage. I met with 3 people through the process which included the person who became my direct manager.

They emailed me a job offer the next day, but never discussed my schedule. When I called them, no response? They emailed me late Wednesday evening and wanted an answer within 15 hours? This seemed very odd to me. My gut tells me I dodge a bullet. If they rush you to a decision, you have to ask yourself why? I wish them the best.
