Entrevista
I got the initial call on 8th Jan 2019 & after few minutes of conversation I was told that I will have to come for face to face interview as well as I was given a brief on attire & the teams that will interview me - like anyone, I was extremely happy and started my prep because it was my dream company.
But after that, i did not get any email on the schedule, therefore, after couple of days on 11th Jan - i called up on the same number
& unfortunately it lead me to the company reception but not the HR.
After lot of research, I found the HR number and rang her up. I learnt that she was on holiday so she will share the schedule date on 14th ( monday ) or anytime in next two week with sufficient 4 days time before the interview.
Since I had telephone her on her personal number so i did not disturb her again on 14th Jan & just waited for her the next two weeks. ( also because i had read that Lululemon takes many days for the next round ) .
This job was extremely important for me & did not want to upset anyone.
Now, two weeks were about to come to an end. On 24th Jan, I finally wrote her an email ( Email ID i got from my random calls to one of the department manager who was to interview me because receptionist did not have HR number. Well, u have no idea the extent of my research on the company / employees/ job responsibilities / my future growth plans for the respective dept. etc etc ).
I wrote a polite email asking her on schedule & i did get the reply stating something like "sorry for the confusion but we have shortlisted other candidates - best wished for your career". Now imagine my despair.
I have 8 plus years of work ex in this field & i have never met an HR like her with response like that despite reminders.
formulated my thoughts and I did write back to her & so did she & also spoke on phone - but it was mostly about "apparently termed confusion" nothing about the job.
honestly, I was so sad that day :(
PS: I have written above review, just to let the future job seekers know , that, if circumstances require then be upfront and call back when u don't get respond the next day or as many times needed. I waited too long to check back.
