I've been in the pipeline for 2 roles in Lulu. Both have progressed to meeting with the hiring manager. In both cases, the HR recruiter has ghosted me. She just cut off ties with me. I'm guessing that I wasn't selected to move forward. Regardless the case, I feel like there's lack of communication here. It's not okay to ghost candidates specially after they've moved forward through the process. It leaves a very bad taste in ones mouths.
