The first interview was a the infamous "group interview" for which lululemon has quite the notoriety. I think I took over the room quite a few times (I'm a hopeless extrovert, and in the presence of introverts, I have to make a concerted effort to let the quite ones pipe in). I thought this might have been a deterrent for the interviewer, but she ended up loving me. Turns out, outgoing and confident was exactly what they were looking for! The second interview felt more like meeting with an old friend; the talk was full of laughs and the entire interaction felt very promising. It felt like this assistant manager already knew she wanted to hire me, but was just getting to know me before making the offer. Hint: make sure you know how to be proud of yourself AND know how to laugh at yourself. Be genuine. Show that you are a whole person who is not just all about a job or fitness or any one thing, but about many things that make you whole.

Relatively easy interview, focusing more on your personality and working attitude. The staff there are pretty friendly and give you so much positive energy. The whole process was quite enjoyable
