I saw the job advertised online and applied. I was asked to the group interview within 2 days, which was carried out 1 week later. The interview was casual and everyone came dressed in workout clothes. As it was a group interview of about 8 people, a difficult aspect was only three people could answer the questions at a time therefore it was a case of choosing which questions to answer whilst making sure you stood out. This was a difficult process and the same people continued to answer and talk for a considerable amount of time not letting others speak. After feeling I maybe wasn't given enough chance to share my views, after they had finished all questions I asked the interviewers (two employees) what they though the best part of working for Lululemon was, to try and stand out. I was not offered the job and got the impression throughout the interview that the team was looking for someone who fit in with the personalities rather than someone with the right skills.
