The first interview round was at a hiring event. At the hiring event, we played sand volleyball, had snacks, and learned about the store. It was very laid back and fun. The interviewers were easy to talk to and made the candidates feel welcome. I expected the second interview round to be a one-on-one interview with the store manager. However, it was yet another group interview at a cafe within the mall. There were three interviewers and three candidates. The interviewers sat on one side of the table while the candidates sat on the other side. Two of the interviewers were women and the other was a man. The interviewers were different and seemed less warm and inviting than the other interviewers from the first interview round. Unlike the first round of interviews, they asked us no questions regarding our knowledge of the store or why we chose to apply to Lululemon.
