Applied for this role online and took great time and care when applying. The job seemed to be a description that highlighted all of my experience, and I ensured to specifically highlight that in the application. I did test out my theory that they may be using AI software to scan the applications, and in doing so I created three separate accounts and names to apply for the same position. Surprise, surprise, all three "candidates" were rejected and sent an automated response from the hiring manager within 2 hours from the application. I was wondering what might be in it for them in doing this, and I am convinced they are trying to get user to sign up to their app through application processes. I could be off the mark here, but as a seasoned, experienced and super friendly person with an excellent CV (that always makes it through to interview) I found this a little hard to believe that a human being has actually reviewed my CV/Cover letter and personal notes. I know they state they do not use AI software in their FAQs (red flag, companies shouldn't need to mention this in the first place). No feedback is supplied because they aren't manually viewing the applications. Tip for the Hiring Team: Coming from a HR perspective, set out clear expectations of what you want. If you don't want multi-talented creatives with a diverse background, state it. Please stop wasting valuable time of those who take time and care in the application process. We put the time in, and you should too. I think I maybe held the standards too high - coming from someone who always provides the opportunity to ask for feedback to all talent applications.

The interview process was smooth and transparent. It included an initial chat with HR, followed by interviews with the P&O team. The team was welcoming and genuinely interested in my experience and fit, making it a comfortable process overall.
