The interviewer/ Recruiting team has a poor follow-up process. They are lacking in communication, professionalism, and process flow. Unfortunately, a poor interview process puts the company in a negative light.

THe interview process was separated into 4 different stages. All these interviews provide me with solid and valuable feedbacks. Firstly by the talent acquiring team, then the hiring manager, then with other team member and a final powerpoint presentation.
