This is a serious interview- first phase being a phone call interview to see if you are a good fit. The second phase is about 2 hours of discussing our products, taking a technical quiz of sorts and explaining why you want to work here as well as the opportunity for you to ask questions. Stage 3 of the interview process was with the Divisional Manager.
