In regards to your goals etc. The manager was a very good interviewer and extremely explaining about company culture, etc. She also explained the position, hourly compensation, and bonuses. There was no commission for the program I was interviewing for

The interview process was very easy, passed first virtual interview then was moved to a second interview, upon the end of the second interview, I was offered the job and then sent emails to complete my background check and I-9 documents.

They will hire anyone because they know how bad the turnover rate is. I had an interview without even applying first and was hired on the spot. That should have been my first red flag. During the interview, the person lied about the position that I had asked for and had promised a sign on bonus and I didn't find out about the lies until after I was in training.
