I was first contacted by the Manager of Recruitment and Development via email in order to set up a preliminary phone interview. Afterward, I then had 3 additional interviews (1 phone interview, 2 via webcam) with iDS team members. Everyone was so warm and friendly, especially Melissa who kept in contact with me throughout the entire process. My only complaint is that sometimes there was a lapse in communication, likely due to how busy the company was at the time. Between some interviews and after my final interview, I didn't hear an update for a while. Eventually I was contacted and kept in the loop in regards to the overall process.
