I had a phone prescreen with HR, followed by a phone interview with a VP. I then had an on-site interview. Met with 6 people for 30-45 minutes each. Some of the interviewers were focused on behavioral questions. Two interviews were more conversational. Two were technical and focused on mechanics of the job and examples of previous work.
