I was contacted shortly after my (online) application to schedule a meeting with the recruiter. The application went through 3 stages: 1. Interview with recruiter (Week 1) 2. Interview with hiring manager (Week 2) 3. Skill & Team fit (Shortly after the 2nd interview , I was provided a challenge to work on & then present here, as well as got to meet the rest of what would be my team) (Week 3) The process overall was well paced and the interviews were comfortable and conversational. The offer was given within the same week as the final round.
