I had my initial interview with Alexander in HR and was cut off from my first phone interview. After waiting almost two months I received the second invitation to interview in Berlin and had three hours of interviews. The job description for compliance overlapped with other L&C jobs and I had the impression that the the interviewers wanted to know more about my employer to see whether they would be a competitor. Moreover, the interviewers did not answer my questions about jurisdictions they are competing in which is crucial for compliance cross-border reasons. Overall the organisation of the interviews was fine, but the understanding of compliance was quite basic. Moreover it is not clear what the rank of the positions are.
