The first interview was conducted in a very formal manner, with a focus on general interview questions that seemed to follow a standard protocol. However, during the second round of questioning, it became noticeably more informal. Unfortunately, despite going through both stages of the interview process, I did not receive any feedback regarding my performance or an update on the status of the hiring decision.
