I had about 5 different interviews, including a project I was required to complete between interviews to prove competency. I made it to the end of the interview process, which was an interview with the CEO at the time who I found to be unprofessional and inappropriate I had not been looking for a new job when I was approached and asked to interview. So upon offering me the job, I communicated that this would be a big decision for me to leave my current job. My offer was immediately rescinded because I wasn’t confident that I wanted to quit my job. I felt that the whole process was about the employer and not the employee. I wasted a significant amount of time going through this interview process, but ultimately felt like I dodged a bullet.
