The process took 3-4 weeks. The various rounds were Engineering Manager Screening, Technical Assessment, Technical Interview, DISC Assessment and final interview with the director. The process was smooth and the interviewers were very kind and explained the process clearly and talked about the role and the company in detail. They make sure you're comfortable and are very flexible with the interviews.
