First I had a skype with a their recruiter. This was mostly behavioral, and the company was presented to me. Strangely enough, they asked for an IQ test, a Myers-Briggs personality test before an in-person interview. The personal interview was very brief, and consisted of basics such as fibonacci, some sorting, etc.
