Had an initial 30 minute phone conversation with the recruiter. She told me about the role and answered several questions. I also explained my background to her and why I thought I'd be a good fit. I then flew into Chicago for the day and spent 2 hours in the office. I first interviewed with a Director and then interviewed with a VP and Senior VP. Again they talked to me about the role, and I talked to them about my experience and how it was well suited for a position with their company. They were very friendly and the interview was a very positive experience.

First of all bswift looks like a good company to work at....I have over 20 years of experience in account management. I went through 3 rounds of telephone & f-to-f interviews. I believe they went well. I took a 2-hour assessment test that included 2 pages of algebra equations. Not sure the relevance to fulfilling the position description. Recommend HR discuss the assessment with candidates prior to testing. I believe that would be helpful for candidates to understand the purpose of the sections and use of the results.
