There were 3 managers that interviewed me. Managers made it very casual and comfortable. Managers dressed very casual. This particular job they were looking for someone who was a team player and fit well with the team dynamic, so once I figured that out, I focused on giving experiences on how I worked in a team setting and how I supported my previous team.
