-I was contacted late one week to schedule a phone interview. There were a few delays and we ended up having the interview at the beginning of the following week.
-The interview questions were more "standard" than usual.
-Some interview questions were awkwardly worded and I had to ask the interviewer to repeat a few.
-Zum contacted me two days later to politely say I wasn't selected for the next step of the interview process
