The interview itself was very casual and laid back. We talked a bit back and forth via email before the interview and then the actual interview was conducted via Discord. Don't show your camera; I made that mistake and the interviewer seemed a bit put off after I did. He insisted voice call only was fine and after switching to voice only he explained the position and asked me questions related to the program itself and what my interests and experiences in World of Warcraft were. He concluded the interview by telling that he would let me know by the end of the week if he would extend me an offer. He did email me then to let me know he was not offering me a position.
