I did not really get to an interview. Just to give my opinion on the rejection email sent upon applying for a job. It is somehow a bit rude and improper I would say: "We act with the greatest possible care when selecting our new colleagues. However, today we have to inform you that we cannot consider you for this position" That piece of the message seems to infer that the candidate would ruin the work place or would it would be a horrible mistake for the employer, if hired. You could perhaps make it softer, with more tact. Anyways, you asked my opinion, there it is. Cheers.
