Technical Interview (Very Easy - Write code for Method Overlapping and Overloading) 3. HR Interview (Very Easy- Draw UI of Note Taking app) The company came for campus placement in our college (Sep 2024). I applied and got selected. The offer letter was given as 'Software Developer Intern', but joining was from 6 Jan 2025 ( First Monday of the year - They have a secret tactic behind it). In the end of Dec, the joining date was postponed to 3rd Feb (first Monday of Feb 2025). In the meaning time (from Oct 2024 to Jan 2025), 4 months have passed in which most of the companies in my college went away and I stopped coding as now I was in the illusion that I was placed. The company requested us to relocate to Noida (6 were placed from my college). On the 3rd Feb 2025, I dressed up formally and left from my PG for my first day on the job. While I was in the metro, We received a mail saying "Your orientation will be remote, and your job will be remote". (Why the hell they wanted us to relocate then?) In Feb, they called all the interns for 2 written tests in the office. ( The test had questions like "How can you increase accuracy of your AI model?", which were completely unrelated to our job Role + They didn't teach us anything in the whole month) As soon as the month completed (on 2nd Mar 2025), we all received a call that based on the test performance the company can't provide us stipend, and we have to continue the unpaid internship. No matter even if you agree, because they also mailed the college that "5 students have been unselected, due to bad performance, 1 girl was transferred to Sales Department." We lost: 5 months All job opportunities that came to our college when we were so-called "placed" Coding habit Negative: This company has a bond for 2 years, worth 5 lakhs.
