Absolutely nothing, waste of everyone’s time, don’t even bother to apply here. Recruiter phone screening is a joke here in this company, it is not meant to understand what a candidate thinks about the role, why they’ve applied for the role, and why the candidate thinks they are best fit for the role, instead the recruiter just started judging the candidate directly on the phone based on his/her future role interests, and that is a bad perception, they seriously need to train their recruiters to make sure they have empathy, courtesy, and are not judgmental towards a candidate future goal, it was just a super bad experience for me.
