Interview1: Recruiter Interview2: Hiring Manager Interview3: Panel Interview (Technical Interview) Interview4: Team/Value alignment with company After the 2nd interview they told me that they want to hire as quickly as possible and schedule interview 3 and 4 on the next day. After the 4th interview and after 2 weeks Hiring Manager send me an message that they got a good feedback about my interview. We would like to move forward. Are you interested in the consulting role? I told them my first preference is full time and if there is no other option then I can think about the consulting opportunity. After 2 days when I did followup they told me both full time an consulting req are filled. While all the interviewers were very nice and the conversations were enjoyable, I felt that the overall interview process lacked clarity and transparency. While I understand that circumstances can evolve, it would have been appreciated to have been kept informed about the progress of the interview process and any changes that occurred. Transparency in such matters helps maintain a positive experience for both candidates and interviewers.
