The first stage of the interview was a case study task where I was sent a series of customer queries that ZOE receives day to day, as well as a range of resources to help me answer them. I was encouraged to put a personal spin on my answers whilst using the resources so they could see how I would answer ZOE’s customer base if in the role. Once I’d sent this back and my task had been looked over, I had a meeting with a talent acquisition manager who went through the basics to make sure I was right for the role and whether they wanted me to progress to the next stage, and when this was successful I had a final stage interview with a team manager. I felt the interview process was great! I was kept informed at every stage of what would happen next, and I feel like the process was challenging without being difficult, and allowed me to demonstrate my skills. I feel ZOE has really got their interview process perfected to a T, as so many start ups these days have unnecessarily long interview processes that waste both their time and the candidates time. ZOE kept it efficient and informative and most of all it was a relaxing, informal but professional process that I really enjoyed.

First stage was a written task with timer of an hour. Role play as if you were talking to customers. It's important to be yourself and to be as fair as possible in answering the questions.

The interview process was very professional. The first interview was a relaxed chat about myself and what to expect. The second interview was more in depth with more questions regarding the role and what I can bring to the company. A few examples of my previous experience in relation to customer service and then about the company and it's values. Overall a positive experience.
