Three sessions: - design with four engineers, moderately difficult question with with lots of open end - personality session with two junior engineers - design discussion with two very senior engineers Nothing too complex, just verifying that I knew what I implied that I knew and that we would all get along on a personal level. The interview seemed to go well (and was indicated as such to my recruiter) but after a few weeks the company stopped responding to email or phone.
