Engineering Team Interview - Usually 2-3 team members - 30ish mins
Second Set Team Interview - 2-3 team members -30ish mins

Simple Engineering concept questions - Beam Loading, manufacturing processes, force diagrams.
Engineering situational question - Broach handle has complaints about loose connection. Walk through how to address issue.
Managerial preferential/behavioral questions - Time you competed, Time you failed, Time you overcame difficulties.
Resume questions - Tell me about A, B, C in your experience.
Inspiration style question - why this position, why this company, what drives/motivates/frustrates you
A couple phone interviews then in person on site. Everyone was nice and the interview was mainly behavioral. I met with a panel of 5 people. The range of titles that interviewed me was good and allowed me to see different areas of business.

Three rounds of interviews; the number of rounds depends on the size of the team. The questions depend on person to person, but be prepared with basic interview questions. Be ready to talk about your past experiences and skills. I did not have an HR round.
