This was honestly a weird and disappointing experience. I was genuinely excited about what the founder was building and took the time to learn more about the company. But seriously—figure out what you’re looking for before interviewing candidates. There was no clear structure to the evaluation process. The founder conducted the first round, which lasted barely 10–15 minutes, and based solely on that brief interaction, I was rejected. No follow-up round, no meaningful conversation. I followed up multiple times via email and phone to understand the reason for the rejection and to get some constructive feedback, but I received nothing. If you’re asking someone to invest their time in your process, the least you can do is respect theirs. The attitude felt dismissive and, frankly, a bit self-important. I’m more than happy to acknowledge the positives when they exist, but in this case, the red flags were too visible to ignore. The lack of structure, communication, and basic courtesy made it hard to find anything good to say.

Would caution anyone in the United States from working here. Interview process felt lifeless. First step was an interview with HR. Second step included a peer interview. Third step then moved to a meeting with senior leadership including a presentation and pitch. Final interview included a panel of leadership and sales team.
