I first met with a recruiter who was very kind and informative. I then met the hiring manager, followed by the two other managers on the team, and finally the director. Each had different questions that allowed me to explain more about my resume, share examples from my past roles, or share my goals for the future. The interviews were more free-flowing conversation than structured assessments or presentations.
