The process started out great. 1st step was a phone call with the CEO, went well, and we moved onto an in person interview. Met all 3 co founders, had a good conversation, and the interview went really well (in my opinion). I felt like I would for sure get another interview, but wasn't too torn up that I didn't. However, the reason I'm giving a negative review is because the CEO completely ghosted me. He said they'd get back to me by the middle of the following week (we spoke on a Thursday), and I never heard back. I texted him 3 or 4 times over the next month just to get a confirmation that they found someone/weren't still looking, and I got crickets.
