Super easy, was 15 minutes long and was hired on the spot. Manager was friendly and engaging. They asked me situational questions. Signed paperwork right after my interview and started the job 4 days later.

It was rather straight forward. I applied online. I didn't hear anything for a while, maybe a month. One day, I got a call inviting me for an interview, I was asked if I could come in that day, adn I was able. At the end of the interview, I was offered the job.

lengthy and tedious, i don't see that a fashion sense is a requirement to gain employment. was ghosted as far as follow-up communication. did not ask many questions about past retail experience
