The process was simple however, they commonly take on interviews without guarantee of a role within stores. The lady who interviewed me told me that I had passed the interview however was just whether they would have a vacancy for me in store. I was supposed to hear back within 2 weeks and did not, I emailed as this was what I was told to do got no response. A month following my interview, a manager called me to offer a job
Group Interview. About 10minutes for 8-10 candidates. They asked about past experience and about if you are interested in fashion and what you know about the brand. They let everyone talk for about 5 minutes.

It was a group interview and I started off introducing the person next to me then I had to do a few multiple choice questions then it was team work activities.
