She asked me general questions like what are your strengths? Do you have retail experience? In general what I tried to do was to talk about my past experiences and how they would transfer well to this job. I think through doing that I ticked off her list of questions automatically. I also did my research and showed that I knew about Zara and the way that it works and a few things that I liked about how Zara operates.
Group Interview. About 10minutes for 8-10 candidates. They asked about past experience and about if you are interested in fashion and what you know about the brand. They let everyone talk for about 5 minutes.
