I was contacted by the recruiter on email after my resume was shortlisted for a position. They had sent an elaborate test and I had shared my assignment with them on email. Unfortunately, I got no acknowledgment of my test, which was pathetic from their end. After multiple followups, I got an automated message saying that the spoc is on sick leave and sharing the contact details of alternate contacts. I had written to them as well but they didn’t have the decency to respond to me. So, I spent my time and effort on taking the test, which was never shared ahead and the recruiting team has been irresponsible. This has been one of the worst interview experiences for me. I hope they learn to plan their recruiting process better and respect the candidate’s time.
