First was the online aptitude test. Upon clearing it, there is a case study round. And two interviews follow it. Each round is eliminating in nature. Only if you clear one round, you can proceed to the next.

it was good i had an interview of about 1 hour in which i had an introduction first followed by debriefing session of about 45 min and then some basic hr question along with puzzles and guestimates.
