For the first round, online aptitude test. For second round, Online video calling, for other rounds you have to go for a pool campus, for PIs. In PI they are asking decision making questions, testing your computing skills.

Smooth and transparent. Technical and manager rounds are mostly constitutes around how you go about a problem/situation, thinking process and execution. Overall, the entire process depends on how you go about it, just need to be confident and cognitively strong with good thinking and problem solving skills
