I applied online and got an email saying they would like to do a 20min phone screening and then move onto an in-person group interview if I passed the screening. The phone call was good and the interviewer asked questions based on my experiences and a few easy technical questions. The phone call ended up going on for about an hour and I got a lot of good insight into the company and the work they do there. I ended up not being called back for the in-person group interview but the experience was positive overall. My interviewer did explain what the group interview would be like: four candidates would interview simultaneously and meet the team and work on a project together, then each candidate would do a 1:1 "walking interview" with a team member where they would go around the factory and be asked question about how they would approach problems.
