Pretty standard interview process. Spoke with HR to do the initial screening and review what the job was and what they were looking for. Spoke to the hiring manager and she explained the different projects that were going on at the company and why the position is needed. Also spoke with 3 other executives which were essentially just asking your standard interview questions and ensuring I was the right fit.
