The interviews were just regular phone interviews you could receive. The HRs were friendly and professional. I applied through university career service website, and then received emails from an HR to schedule phone interviews.
I sent my resume to my school's coordinator, then got an email from them saying they want to arrange a phone interview. The phone interview lasted about 20 minutes, and basically behavioral. Only interviewer who sounded like an English native speaker. Questions were nothing unexpected.

Sent in resume, the process took a few weeks, brief phone interview where they mostly went over my resume and asked me to speak in Chinese for a while.
