The process took about 2 months, it was consisted in 4 steps, being: (A) a HR interview to see the culture match the company, your values and also your knowledge; (B) Team interview to see how you deal with your colleagues (very nice people), (C) an Art Test (unpaid, fun to do it but it takes some time (2~3 days of work)); and (D) a last interview with CEO. All conversations happened on Google meet and some of them on email. After i sended the Art Test, it was 1 week and a half to schedule the last step to the CEO interview. This last conversation was not so good, the Ceo barely looked at the screen, seemed to be more interested in other things. It was a friday night, not so many questions from his end, from the middle to the end of the interview i i felt like I wouldnt pass this point. All emails got dark through 2 weeks, so i sent an email an email to the recruiter to see if the position was still open, and one more week later she respectfully said they liked me but there was another candidate. It feels its a good company, but with younger people.
