For a company that promotes "accounting with purpose" and ethical values, the lack of basic professional courtesy is disappointing. Candidates invest significant time preparing for case studies and lengthy interviews. A brief response acknowledging their effort shouldn't be too much to ask. Advice to Management: Respect candidates' time. A simple rejection email takes 30 seconds and reflects your company's values far more than a mission statement.
