The phone screening started with a 10 minute introduction about the company. The recruiter screening me was basically in auto-pilot, and seemed to be reading a script. After the intro be prepared for an accounting test where they will watch you answer various multiple choice questions. After this first test you will get about another 10-15 minutes to discuss the role a bit, then be prepared for a 2nd test on your excel skills, again they will watch you as you perform the required tasks. Neither test is overly difficult but I was definitely caught by surprise. After the 2nd test you will get about another 10 minutes to have any of your questions answered. The recruiter I had was very monotone and just seemed to be going through the motions. Overall it was not a good or bad interview experience it was just weird and not really much of a conversation style interview but more of a task oriented style.
