Long interview with lots of homework assigned for an underpaid position. Overall the mission the company appears to have seems worthwhile, but the company themselves could do with better organization in their hiring processes.

Very rigorous, 4 interviews (screening, testing, manager and then director). The screening is the most difficult for people to get past. However, if you can get past that and you actually are an accountant you can pass the testing and then the interviews are very detailed.
