Entrevista
Initial interview was a phone screening. Interviewer gave generous background information on himself and his advancement in the company. One role play with a second try to use information to improve sales tactics. Second interview was with two people one girl and one guy. Girl was super sweet, helpful and encouraging with the role play. Second came the guy who asked the same exact questions as the girl but was quite cold and unwelcoming. He really wanted to know what I would ever want a position where I would fail most of the time.

Why would you want a position that you are most likely to fail in?
The process moved fast, which made sense for sales. A recruiter screen, one call with the hiring manager, and that was the extent of it. The questions were standard: territory experience, quota attainment, pipeline methodology. Nothing that required much preparation. The people I spoke with were professional and the turnaround on scheduling was quick. For the time it took, it was a low-friction experience.

What do you know about yelp? What makes you a strong candidate?
I was tasked with role-playing a sales call with one manager, taking feedback, then another manager. There was a first round phone interview as well that was short, maybe 30mins max.
